Our Monday meetings usually include a short briefing and discussion session

From time to time one of our members may give a modelling demonstration or hold a clinic.
Here the art of soldering using solders with different melting points is explained.

The club does own one model - the L&SWR engine "Normandy" which was built and
donated by a deceased member. The real engine is still intact and held at the
Bluebell Railway awaiting overhaul, having been in regular use up until 2006.
